SENIOR LINK INDEPENDENT LIVING SOCIETY
We are a non-profit society that has over two hundred members, most of whom live in Richmond, British Columbia.
The Senior Link is a volunteer organization that draws from local communities. We are a registered non-profit society, run by an elected board who are assisted by capable volunteers.
We believe that Seniors linked with other Seniors create positive communities where everyone benefits. Our society's mandate is to link seniors to services and reach isolated seniors who, for health or other preferences, do not get involved in existing community programs.

Members are asked to pay an annual membership fee of $25.00
This fee covers the costs of maintaining the society and the costs of printing and distributing the bi-monthly newsletter.
Social events are funded by charging visitors an event fee, by canvassing local businesses for event contributions, and by the selfless donation of time by the society's volunteers.
Membership in the Society provides you with the following benefits:
- Discounted Rates for Home Support Services from participating local companies.
- Free Referral Services to outstanding community services and businesses.
- Your own free Copy of Newsletter 5 times a year which will be mailed directly to you.
- Free Transportation to a Church of Your Choice (Richmond only) on Sundays.
- You are invited to participate in four annual social events - the Pink Tulip Tea Party, the Mystery trip, the Summer Barbecue, and the Christmas Potluck lunch.
